These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries submitted through it. Supply of goods and services is governed by the individual quotation, purchase order or contract agreed in writing between you and AXION Global; where those documents differ from this page, those documents apply.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our capabilities. We take care to keep it accurate, but specifications, availability and lead times change, and nothing on this site should be treated as a commitment on its own.

Inquiries and quotations

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract. It is a request for us to prepare a quotation. Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and becomes binding only once confirmed in writing by both parties.

Prices, delivery schedules and product availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Analysis and testing services

Results of XRD, FTIR, PSD and related analysis relate only to the specific samples submitted to us, in the condition in which they were received. They should not be read as a statement about an entire batch, consignment or deposit unless sampling was carried out by us and agreed in writing beforehand.

Where you provide the sample, you are responsible for it being representative, correctly identified, and safe to handle. Tell us in advance if a sample is hazardous.

Supply of goods

Goods are supplied to the specification set out in the agreed order. Where a manufacturer changes a specification, or an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and agree an alternative before proceeding.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and marks on this site belong to AXION Global. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes; please ask before reproducing them elsewhere.

Liability

We accept liability for our services to the extent required by the law of Pakistan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or production, arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi have jurisdiction.
